  • We have renamed our “Parts” site to My MCI Portal.
  • To log into the new MCI Portal, click the MCI Portal link located at the top right banner of www.motorcontrols.com.
    *** If this is your first time logging into the new portal, you may have to reset your password to login.
  • After signing into your MCI account, you'll be able to browse the parts categories in the left column by selecting your desired category.

How to Generate a Custom Quote:

  1. Click on the cart icon and go to “View Cart.”
  2. In the “View Cart” section, you can create a Custom Quote to send to your customers. The quote will include:
    • Your company logo
    • Your company information
    • Billing information
    • Product details
    You can enter a fixed markup or one for each product. This section is based on the items you have added to your cart.
  3. When you are done filling in the desired fields for the Custom Quote, click on “Download Quote.” This will download the quote and email you a copy.

How To Check Out:

  1. To initiate checkout, select and click on the “Checkout” option from the cart page.
  2. Confirm that your information is correct.
  3. Select your preferred shipping method.
  4. On the next screen, you can enter a PO number or “Job Name” before placing the order.
  5. Once the order is placed, you’ll be taken to a “Thank You” screen and receive a confirmation email.

How To Check Out:

How to Browse and Select Products:

  1. Sign into your MCI account.
  2. Once signed in, browse the parts categories in the left column by selecting your desired category.
  3. You can also refine your search by selecting from the Brand filters.
  4. The listed products will display:
    • Photo
    • Product name
    • SKU
    • Your price
    • Stock availability
    • A quantity field you can change
  5. In the navigation bar at the top of the page, use our Search Bar to find a product.
  6. Clicking on a product name will link to the product page where you can:
    • See your customer pricing
    • Add the product to your current Cart
    • Add the product to a Saved Cart
    *** If spec sheets are available, you can find a link under the product photos.
  7. If you have any questions about a product, click the red Request Quote button and provide your information or ask your question.

How to Use Shopping Lists:

  1. “Shopping Lists” are a great way to save lists of products for different projects. To create a new list, click on the Create New button.
  2. Name your list.
  3. Add parts to your list by clicking Add to Existing Saved Cart on the product page.
  4. To load a shopping list into your cart, click View and use the checkbox to select all the desired items on your list.
  5. Click Add Selected To Cart to load the selected items into your current cart.
